Join us for an **8-weeks** transformative journey designed for emerging African leaders. Unlike standard workshops that conclude when you leave the room, this program combines immersive in-person training with ongoing virtual coaching to ensure you effectively implement what you learn.

- **4 Days Immersive Training (Nairobi):** Practical case studies, peer feedback, and experiential learning.
- **7 Weeks Guided /Reinforcement Coaching:** Bi-weekly group coaching and optional 1-on-1 sessions to help you apply skills in your actual workplace.
- **Certification:** Certificate of Completion (AACSB aligned).
- **Blend of local & Globally Accredited Facilitators**
